New general release: V2.1.1635

I've just posted V2.1.1634, a new general release of the system. This version support Infiniband, but will ship with Infiniband disabled by default; I'll be enabling it soon (but you also need extra files -- ib.h, ib.c and/or ib.dll). In fact the Infiniband/RDMA stuff is working well but I think that before inviting a lot of users to play with it, I want to do a bit more work on support for RDMA groups and perhaps some new OOB features for use in multicast. As a result I think I'll switch to a V2.2.xxxx now, and will release the ib.c library with that version, treating it as a beta. And we'll declare V2.1.1634 to be the new stable release.

[5/22] I upgraded to V2.1.1635. The change is that by accident, I was forcing you to load ib.dll in V2.1.1634, even though Infiniband was disabled on that release. So with V2.1.1635 I fixed the software to definitely not load ib.dll, which makes your life simpler.

Theo found another small issue, so on [6/3] I patched the distribution to remove 4 lines that were erroneously printing an error message during batch joins.
